Shailen Shukla
General Manager - Al Mana Logistics, Oman

Shailen Shukla is a seasoned supply chain and logistics leader with over 25 years of diverse experience across the Middle East and Asia. He has successfully driven transformation for leading retail, distribution, and manufacturing groups, including Jumbo Electronics, MHAO Group, Alesayi Group, and Reliance Industries.

His core strengths lie in end-to-end supply chain design, warehouse and transport automation (WMS/TMS/ERP), sustainable logistics, and 3PL development. Shailen combines a data-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership style, consistently delivering multimillion-dollar cost efficiencies while improving service reliability and operational resilience.

A trusted consultant and thought leader, he is known for aligning logistics strategies with business goals—translating complex challenges into actionable, measurable results.

Current Role

General Manager, Al Mana Logistics (Sarco Oman Group), Muscat, Oman
Leading the setup of a 37,000 SQM state-of-the-art logistics park in Khazaen to support Oman’s vision of becoming a regional logistics hub. Overseeing warehouse design, technology implementation, and commercial strategy to attract 3PL clients and enhance last-mile capabilities across the Sultanate.

Supply Chain Consultant, Lals Group (UAE) – Guided cost optimization, digitization, and green logistics initiatives for Homes R Us and other group brands.

Director – Supply Chain, Alesayi Group (KSA) – Designed logistics strategy for multi-sector operations; launched a 90,000-pallet 3PL business.

Chief Logistics Officer, MHAO Group & Wiz E-Commerce (UAE/Oman) – Built scalable regional logistics for e-commerce, retail, and FMCG.

Head of Logistics (GCC), Jumbo Electronics (UAE) – Drove AED 18M 3PL growth; implemented lean warehousing and reverse logistics.
