Whether I’m volunteering to guide a university applicant toward their dream school or launching a new entrepreneurial venture, I draw on my experience and data-driven insights to unlock new opportunities. With a background in Consulting, Finance, Operations, and Sales, I lean on my diverse set of skills to tackle complex challenges from multiple angles.

Currently, I serve as Chief Operating Officer at Par Empire, where I lead a global, multi-million-dollar FMCG trading and distribution business. In this role, I oversee cross-functional teams and drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across the organization. Before this, I founded and grew Kredium, a PropTech company in the UAE, and prior to that, I led marketing and product development teams in the fintech industry in the UK. I’ve also worked as a strategy consultant across the EMEA region.

I received an MBA from Oxford University and a B.Sc. in Business Studies & Operations Research from Lancaster University. I have lived and worked in 11 countries and collaborated with clients and colleagues in 72 countries, giving me a truly global perspective.

I love working with ambitious people and bold ideas. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering to help students write compelling university applications, training for my first full marathon, and solving large jigsaw puzzles with my two children.
